Let's dance! Spring is a time for new beginnings and rejuvenation. Perhaps it's time to try something new? Please join me this Thursday for a fun, invigorating, low-impact Bellydance Fusion workout. Lift your body! Lift your mood! According to research, dancing can help you feel better physically and mentally. I can attest to this. Whenever I'm feeling low on energy or enthusiasm, I put on my dancing shoes, head to the dance studio....et voila! My mood lifts and I'm ready to seize the day! We often forget that humans are social creatures, and that we're happier when we're connected with a supportive network.
